After Halloween clearance costumes for next year. Thomas & an airplane.  B thinks he will be ready for trick or treating.

 

The rains held off & we actually had an Autumn this year & got to enjoy the glory of this tree in our yard.

Birthday celebration  for Ian.

A good snapshot stops a moment from running away.

That's right. Oct. 18th in the PNW it was the best weather I have ever seen at the coast. We ventured over knowing we wouldn't get another opportunity to see this weather. We had a blast running away from the waves. Who are we kidding? The weather may have been warm, but that water is freezing. Being a Tuesday afternoon, we didn't have to share it with many at all! The roar of the ocean kept Ian by my side for a good half an hour. The waves were crashing and put on quite a show, much different from his summer CA beach adventure. We are thankful for the summer weather break in the Fall.

There was a curious seal that popped up a few times. As I stepped in dog poop, it popped up ten feet away from me!  I was not lucky enough to capture the stealthy seal.

Great Wolf Lodge

My parents took us to the Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate four years of Braeden's life.  It was an incredible place.  We highly recommend it! We were able to play at the water park three days. The boys loved it! We all loved it!

B's favorite: Slides and counting 3, 2, 1  GO GO GO !

I's favorite: float in the outdoor hot tub and eventually fall asleep.
